Aircraft Fuel Tank Entry Training Programme

The need to enter and work inside aircraft Fuel Tanks poses a significant risk to your employees and competency based training is essential for all staff entering these hazardous areas.

Current legislation requires that anyone who enters such a ‘Confined Space’ must be trained and suitably equipped to do so, in addition the SFAR No88 requires a formal inspection programme for Fuel Tank Entry activities.

We are pleased to introduce our ‘one stop’ Fuel Tank Entry Training Programme to cover all of these requirements.

In association with major airlines we have developed a training package that allows personnel to work in the safest and most efficient manner, and also equips them with the knowledge and skills required to achieve an effective rescue from such a space.

Our courses have been designed to cover all aspects of Fuel Tank Entry Operations, including the legislative requirements and practical use of all associated equipment in a truly representative ‘Fuel Tank’ environment.

This ‘one stop’ approach to training will deliver a fully integrated package specifically relevant to the customer’s equipment and procedures in a cost effective and comprehensive manner.

All practical elements of training are carried out in our mobile Fuel Tank Entry Simulator.

The simulator is erected prior to training and is disassembled and removed upon completion.

The simulator occupies a floor space of four by two meters.
